Our Policy
If the item you purchased and received does not match the image, you have the right to return the item in its original condition within two weeks of receipt and we will refund the purchase price minus all additional costs: shipping, taxes, insurance, and other fees. However, you must return the artwork safely and you will be responsible for any damage incurred during shipping.
We accept payment via T/T bank transfer, which is our preferred payment method. We will provide you with our bank details. After receiving full payment, we will pack and ship the item via Express Mail Service Postage Indonesia to your address. All items will be securely packaged and a tracking number will be provided.
The buyer is responsible for all shipping, insurance, packing, and handling costs.
